LB TradingTracker is an independent trade-journaling tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Investor's Business Daily®, IBD Leaderboard®, or their owners. Nothing on this site is investment advice.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LB TradingTracker (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a personal trade-journaling and portfolio-tracking tool. It lets you record trades you have made elsewhere, track position sizes, and view charts and summaries derived from the data you enter. The Service does not execute trades, hold funds, or connect to brokerage accounts.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing on the Service — including summaries, charts, badges, alerts, cross-references, or any other output — constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All content is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions; consult a qualified financial advisor before making them.

3. No affiliation with IBD or Leaderboard

LB TradingTracker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Investor's Business Daily, the IBD Leaderboard service, or their respective owners. "Investor's Business Daily", "IBD", and "Leaderboard" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on this site solely to describe compatibility — i.e. that you may import and cross-reference data from a Leaderboard subscription you hold. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any third-party data with the Service complies with that third party's terms.

Bring your own data: any IBD or Leaderboard content you import must come from your own active subscription. The Service stores your imports privately for your account only, never redistributes them to other users, and does not supply IBD content to users who have not imported it themselves.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Market data

Quotes and market data are provided by third-party sources, may be delayed, and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The Service displays them as-is and makes no guarantee of their accuracy or timeliness. Do not rely on them for trading decisions.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users' data or probe, scan, or disrupt the Service.
Do not use the Service to store unlawful content or redistribute third-party data in violation of its license.
Do not import third-party subscription data (including IBD Leaderboard exports) that does not come from your own subscription.
Do not resell or provide the Service to third parties without our permission.

7. Subscriptions, trials, and refunds

New accounts include a full-access free trial; no payment method is required during the trial. When the trial ends without a subscription, your account becomes read-only: your data is retained and remains viewable and exportable, but adding or editing entries and live market data require an active subscription.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually) and renew automatically until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then.

Refunds: if the Service isn't for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full, no-questions refund. Renewal payments are generally not refunded, but reach out if something went wrong — we're reasonable. Prices may change for new billing periods with advance notice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost — keep your own records.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, trading losses, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
